Is this a family-friendly event?
Yes! All ages are welcome, with plenty of kid-friendly activities.
-
Sensory Station & Face Painting– Hosted by No Limits Pediatric Therapy
-
Yard Games & Kid-Friendly Stations – Enjoy bubbles and other fun outdoor games
What should I wear & bring?
Comfortable outdoor and weather-friendly clothing and closed-toed shoes are suggested. Even though we mow regularly, we are still near nature in Arkansas. We do not use chemicals in our grassy spaces, so ticks are present. Bug spray will be available, but we recommend bringing your own for an easy spray down of your legs and shoes.
We will have tables and chairs near the live music and food, but feel free to bring a lawn chair or blanket to relax in the grass.
Will there be parking available?
Yes, onsite parking will be available in the lot next door to our campus. Please follow event signage and volunteer directions. Parking will be in a grass lot (it is not paved).
If you need more accessible parking, please hang your handicap placard in your windshield and let a volunteer know. They will direct you to closer parking or offer a ride from a volunteer using a golf cart.
Can I volunteer or sponsor the event?
We'd love your support! For volunteer and sponsorship opportunities, please visit www.clovercommunityschool.org/events for more details.
If you registered to volunteer, please be on the lookout for an email with more details.
